What is a credit, exactly?+
1 credit = $0.10 of model usage. Every run is billed by what the underlying model actually charged, rounded up to whole credits. No flat per-action fees, no markup on tasks Farfield breezes through.
Do credits roll over month to month?+
Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. One-time packs and onboarding credits never expire; they stick around until you spend them.
What happens if I run out mid-month?+
Farfield blocks new runs and tells you in Slack. You can top up with a pack or upgrade your plan, and any in-flight run finishes (the small overage settles against the next grant).
Are there per-seat charges?+
No. Invite the whole engineering org. The workspace pays one bill for what Farfield actually does.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes, from the Stripe customer portal in two clicks. Your remaining credits stay usable through the current period.
